Pooja, la meilleure amie de Jahnvi, tente de se suicider lorsque son petit ami la laisse tomber. Raj, un chanteur en difficulté, sauve Pooja mais elle tombe toujours dans le coma et Raj se retrouve obligé de prendre soin d'elle. Une fois rétabli, Pooja tombe amoureux de Raj, mais il est amoureux de Jahnvi.

Pooja, Jahnvi's best friend, attempts suicide when her boyfriend dumps her. Raj, a struggling singer, saves Pooja but she still falls into a coma and Raj finds himself forced to take care of her. Once recovered, Pooja falls in love with Raj, but he is in love with Jahnvi.
