Vijay et Ravi sont amis, mais leur amitié est ciblée par Daga. Vijay capture Balwant, l'homme de Daga, alors Daga engage Ravi pour faire sortir Balwant. Les deux amis sont amoureux de la même fille, Sheetal. Daga provoque une rupture entre eux et deux amis deviennent ennemis. Vijay est accusé de meurtre, et quand Sheetal demande à Ravi de l'aider, il l'exige. Sheetal remplira-t-il la condition de Ravi ? Vijay pourra-t-il sortir de son piège ?

Vijay and Ravi are friends, but their frienship is being targetted by Daga. Vijay captures Daga's man Balwant, so Daga hires Ravi to get Balwant out. Both friends are in love with the same girl, Sheetal. Daga causes a rift between them, and two friends become enemies. Vijay is framed for a murder, and when Sheetal asks Ravi to help him out, he demands her. Will Sheetal fulfill Ravi's condition? Can Vijay get out of his trap?
